Leadership & contact
Run by volunteers, powered by parents
Pack 79 is led entirely by trained, background-checked parent volunteers from our own families — people who signed up because their kids love it here.
Who keeps Pack 79 running
Every Pack 79 leader is a registered Scouting America volunteer: background-checked and trained in youth protection, with two-deep leadership at every meeting and activity.
Cubmaster
Leads the pack program — Thursday meetings, pack events, and the overall adventure. Your first stop for questions about how the Pack works.
Den Leaders
Trained parent volunteers who guide each grade-level den week to week — from Lions in kindergarten through Arrow of Light in 5th grade.
Committee Chair & Committee
The behind-the-scenes team handling registration, finances, safety training, and event planning so leaders can focus on the Scouts.
Chartered Organization
Pack 79 is proudly chartered by Carmel Presbyterian Church, our meeting home and community partner in south Charlotte.
For everyone's privacy we don't publish leaders' personal contact details. The inquiry form reaches the right person — usually within a day or two — and current families can reach leadership directly inside One Pack.
